"Felt Misled by the Slow Support"
I reached out to Caftanist about my order because I needed a clear update, the whole experience was frustrating. The replies took days each time, and when they did respond, I felt like I was getting vague answers instead of real help.
I eventually heard back, but only after feeling like I had to keep chasing them. Maybe the products are okay, but the customer service made me feel a bit misled and left a bad impression overall.

"Not really worth it..."
I wanted to like this, but... the fabric just felt really cheap, and after a short time the seams started coming loose. Definitely wasn’t the quality I was hoping for.

"Looked nice, but didn’t live up to the promise"
The designs are definitely pretty, but i felt let down. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a lot more high-end, especially with how it was presented. The fabric was just okay, nothing special, and it really didn’t match the quality I thought I was being promised. It’s nice enough, but not worth what I paid.

The styles just weren’t for me. A lot of them felt outdated, and the whole experience made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual customer. Just not really my vibe.

"Sizing was a total guessing game"
I ordered my usual size, thinking this would be a normal shirt situation, but nope. The shoulders were doing their little “tiny jacket” routine while the body was out here giving “laundry bag chic,” so it just hung on me in the weirdest way.
The size chart wasn’t much help either, unless the goal was to play Fit Roulette. Maybe it works for someone else, but on me it was a full-on disaster fit and not worth dealing with.

"Not gonna lie, delivery was slow"
Not gonna lie, the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. The item did eventually show up, but it was later than planned. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just kind of frustrating

"Not Exactly the Softest Thing Ever"
I really wanted to like this, but the fabric is scratchy on my skin. I was expecting something soft and comfy, but apparently that was asking a lot. It gets annoying to wear after just a few minutes, so unfortunately it’s not something I’d reach for again.
